Take a look at a recent website we created for a real estate company in Panama City Beach, Florida. This is an example of our set-up and train WordPress program.
This website includes some great lightbox features for both photos and video. Click on the thumbnail photo and the lightbox effect enlarges the photo all the way up to full screen size based on how large a photo you uploaded. If the photo is super-seize the lightbox will hold it down based on the visitors monitor size. The zoom lightbox video works from hyper-links and is currently for YouTube videos only.
Another special plug-in found on this website is an instant contact dropdown form. This allows visitors to contact the company from any page at any time. It allows only one e-mail address and that is drawn from the WordPress system admin’s contact e-mail.
I spent about 2 hours training at the client’s office and they we’re posting real estate listings and vacation rentals with photos before I left the building. They have also learned to Tweet each posting, add keyword tags and hyper-links. Sending each and every post out on Twitter is very important and highly recommended.
With every WordPress website like this one I post instructions for creating and editing posts for the client to refer to before I train and for future reference. You can see an online lesson example here.

Total Charges: $550 • Includes URL and hosting for 1 year. Annual renewal with support is only $275. Completion time with training took about 3 days and included setting up a Twitter account for the company.
